Katie Hamilton, only 30 years old died in a tragic three-car crash in 2013. The Hollis/Brookline NH community was devastated by the news that this young mother, was killed while finishing some last-minute shopping on Christmas Eve. Her car was rear-ended and pushed into the path of an oncoming pickup truck.  She left behind her husband, Liam Hamilton, and three young daughters, Madalyn, Lillian, and Caleigh.  This story is all the more heartwrenching as Stephen Whitcomb, her father who is a volunteer firefighter, responded to the scene of the three-car accident. Steve and Katie were a team at the Fire House where Steve volunteered and Katie did fundraising for the Department.  Katie and her dad were in the plumbing business together and had been to our home many times to help us out.
